The outer Manipur parliamentary seat will go to polls on Friday, with 529 Internally Displaced Voters exercising their franchise in nine special polling stations. Around 87 companies of CAPF and 4000 state armed personnel will be deployed in the polling stations. Thirteen Assembly Segments of Outer Manipur will go for polls on April 26. Over 484949 voters, including 239140 male, 245807 female, and 2 transgender voters, will exercise their franchise in Phase-2.
