Bukayo Saka sends message ahead of North London Derby 

Bukayo Saka has taken to social media to call on his teammates to ‘lock in’ ahead of their big trip to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday.

One can argue that the upcoming North London derby has more riding on it than this fixture has for the past couple of decades, with the Gunners now trying to beat Manchester City and Liverpool to the Premier League title.

Tottenham will be desperate to stop their fierce rivals from getting their hands on the big price and would love to be the ones to spoil the party for their old enemy.

Besides, Ange Postecoglou’s men also need the points for their sake as they hope to keep up the pressure on Aston Villa in the race for fourth place.

Speaking to Sky Sports on Wednesday, Neville warned Arsenal that the atmosphere at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is going to be raucous and suggested that they might be in for a shock if they expect an easy game.

Saka, who is one of the players Arsenal will be counting on to deliver on Sunday, certainly appears to be up for the clash, with the winger writing on Instagram: “My guy @leandrotrossard! Now let’s lock in for Sunday.”

There is no doubt that the two sets of players will be extremely up for the game. Form generally goes out of the window during derbies our players have had two weeks to recover from their loss at Newcastle.

Our performances at home have generally been excellent all season and so Arsenal will have to be at their best to walk away with all three points.
