Police: Bullet breaks window of Green Island home

GREEN ISLAND, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- Green Island police are investigating an incident that broke a window of a Lafayette Park home on Tuesday night. Police responded to the home Wednesday morning where they found a 9mm bullet shot through the front window.  

Police determined the shooting happened on the 9E ramp of I-787 North after a shell casing was found in the roadway. No injuries were reported, and the investigation is ongoing.
