Harry Jowsey Shares Skin Cancer Diagnosis, Urges Followers to Use Sunscreen
Reality television star and social media influencer Harry Jowsey revealed that he has been diagnosed with skin cancer in a new video shared to TikTok. “There isn’t really an easy way to say this, but last week I went to a dermatologist to get my skin checked and they found some skin cancer on me. I’m gonna be all good, everything’s gonna be ok, but I just wanted to make this post to let you know, summer’s around the corner, please wear sunscreen,” he said, going on to encourage everyone to get their skin checked. “If you’re a freckly little frog like me, go get a mole map and get your body checked.” He explained that doctors found a cancerous growth that had been his shoulder for “a year or two” and is now being treated. Jowsey is best known for appearing on the Netflix reality dating show Too Hot to Handle in 2020, and most recently appeared on the 32nd season of Dancing with the Stars, where he finished in 6th place.
