Severe heatwave conditions are affecting several regions in Maharashtra, Odisha, and Kerala, with temperatures soaring above normal levels. In Maharashtra, Solapur recorded the highest temperature at 43.7°C, while in Odisha, Angul registered 44.3°C. Kerala is also bracing for a heatwave, with the IMD issuing a maximum temperature warning for 12 districts over the next five days. Authorities advise taking precautions, staying hydrated, and avoiding outdoor activities during peak temperatures.
