VIDEOS: Bradley International Airport hosts honor flight send-off

The Connecticut Airport Authority and Bradley International Airport hosted 50 veterans taking part in Honor Flight Connecticut on Saturday, May 4, according to a statement.

“Honor Flight Connecticut brings military veterans to our nation’s capital to visit the memorials that commemorate their service and to recognize the brave men and women who’ve served our country,” as per the statement.

The veterans, along with their guardians and Honor Flight staff, will return to BDL shortly after 11 p.m. today, according to the release.
