Warren County holds hazardous waste disposal event

LAKE GEORGE, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- The Warren County Department of Public Works is hosting a hazardous waste collection on Saturday, May 11. Warren County residents can drop household chemicals and pesticides off at the Queensbury Town Garage from 8 a.m. to noon.

Community members can dispose of items like antifreeze, pesticides, gasoline, latex paints, household cleaners, and fluorescent lightbulbs at the event. Registration is required and can be done by calling the county DPW at (518) 761-6556.
