Washington appeals court upholds Steve Bannon's contempt of Congress conviction

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Friday upheld Steve Bannon's contempt of Congress conviction for ignoring a subpoena and refusing to testify before a House committee investigating the Jan. 6 riots.
