La Dolce Vita: Mayor Adams visits Rome, praises its subway building as faster than NYC

Building a new subway line is faster and easier in Rome than the Big Apple because the Italian capital doesn’t get caught up in bureaucratic red tape, Mayor Eric Adams said while visiting the city Friday.
