Lacking logos?

Why do Atlanta (year 3), Minnesota (year 3), LAFC (year 2), and Cincy still lack team logos next to their names in the forum?

What is the process to get this done and whose job is it? Assuming a mod?

I mean, it cannot be much more than an image file of the logo of the correct size & type coupled with authorization to replace the American flag image/folder currently residing there, can it?
