Riigikogu's political parties agree that the International Criminal Court's request for an arrest warrant against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar is inappropriate because it puts a democratically elected leader on the same level as a terrorist leader.
