Police: Uncle Sam statue in Troy beheaded

TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Troy Police have confirmed they are investigating the beheading of the Uncle Sam Statue in Troy. It reportedly occurred on Fifth Avenue between Fulton Street and Broadway. It is believed to have happened somewhere between Sunday night and Monday morning.
