MANILA, Philippines—Dwight Ramos isn’t going anywhere any time soon. On Tuesday, Japanese B.League team Levanga Hokkaido announced that they have signed the Filipino import to a contract extension. Levanga is bringing back Ramos for his third year with Hokkaido and his fourth overall in the B.League after starting his B.League career with the Toyama Grouses.
