Armed cops shoot out tyres of taxi and arrest man on suspicion of possession of firearm near stadium

A 26-year-old man has been arrested after Merseyside Police shot out the tyres of a red Delta taxi close to Everton's Goodison Park stadium in Liverpool today with a cordon now in place
