Boy, 13, hit by stray bullet on way to NYC park as cops crash cruiser while responding to scene: sources

A 13-year-old boy was grazed by an apparent stray bullet in the Bronx Monday evening – and responding NYPD cops crashed their cruiser as they responded to the scene, police and law enforcement sources said.
