Report: Postecoglou makes transfer decision after being told of homegrown problem at Spurs

GiveMeSport have revealed that Ange Postecoglou has been made aware by the Tottenham hierarchy that the club are short of homegrown players, which is why the Australian has told Spurs to re-sign Kyle Walker-Peters.

The report backs up what we have already heard from various sources over recent days by stating that Tottenham are willing to cash in on Emerson Royal this summer.

After learning that the Brazilian does not feature in Ange Postecoglou’s plans, the likes of Juventus, AC Milan and Bayern Munich have all allegedly expressed an interest in the player.

The outlet says that the Lilywhites have informed the former Real Betis man that he can embark on a fresh challenge this summer and they have already drafted plans to replace him.
