Interim University of Minnesota president, Minneapolis mayor commit to addressing Dinkytown crime

Interim U President Jeff Ettinger and Mayor Jacob Frey said in a joint email that they 'acknowledge there is frustration' with crime in the area where many students live or spend free time.
