Creep with long rap sheet busted in horrific serial rape of 12-year-old girl inside NYC building

Thomas Barnaby, 30 -- who has a half-dozen open arrests, sources have said -- was arrested about 12 hours after the NYPD announced that he was wanted for raping the pre-teen “on multiple occasions” between Dec. 19 and Dec. 23, according to police.
