Delhi's Tis Hazari Court granted four days judicial custody to Bibhav Kumar, Arvind Kejriwal's aide, accused of assaulting Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal. Kumar moved an application to protect a DVR seized during the investigation, but Public Prosecutor Atul Srivastava opposed the application, arguing that Kumar is not the CCTV occupier.
