From the Madison Courier, "Richard Thomas Fox, OD, age 78, of Madison, Indiana, and formerly of Mason, Ohio, entered this life on April 17, 1946 in Dayton, OH. He was the loving son of the late Albert Dates Blair and Norma Eileen Sheilds Fox. He was raised in Mason and graduated from Mason High School where he was a star basketball player and his record still stands. He then attended the University of Dayton and graduated from the premed program. While at the University of Dayton he played on the 1967, basketball team against UCLA."
