I saw this mentioned a while ago, can I fact check it please.

Possible use of a part of the site for Blues parking over the coming seasons. Is that right?

I vaguely remember a friend parking over that area a few seasons back when we played Derby. Was that on the old wheeels site or just near it?

Is the plan in the pipeline / needs planning permission?
