During the hearing of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal’s aide Bibhav Kumar’s bail plea case in Delhi’s Tis Hazari Court, Aam Aadmi Party’s Rajya Sabha MP Sawti Maliwal broke down. She expressed concern that if the accused is released on bail, there would be a threat to her and her family. The court reserved the order on bail after arguments from both sides. Senior advocate N Hariharan argued that Maliwal trespassed into the CM's residence without an appointment and called Kumar, who wasn't present.
