Bibhav Kumar called to Kejriwal's residence after Maliwal reached there: NCW

NCW claims Bibhav Kumar, former aide of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, was summoned to the CM's residence after Maliwal sought details on the directive. Kumar is accused of abusing AAP MP Swati Maliwal.
