Rensselaerville man hospitalized after ATV accident
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- A Rensselaerville man is stable but in serious condition after an ATV crash Monday morning. Jeremy Maynard, 49, was transported to Albany Medical Center after family members found him when he didn't return home the night before from an ATV ride.
Police responded to the accident at 9 a.m. on Camp Medusa Road, where a man was suffering from serious injuries. Albany County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Medical Services treated him for his injuries on the scene.
Medusa Fire Department, Tri-Village Fire Department, New York State Police, and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation assisted with the investigation and provided medical services. The case remains under investigation.
