Water theft crackdown: Sabah to prosecute factory owners

KOTA KINABALU: Factory owners and other water thieves will be prosecuted in an effort to combat the state's high rate of non-revenue water (NRW), which currently stands at 60 per cent, the highest in the country, says Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor.
