Jamestown parents charged after child allegedly falls from second-story window

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- Two parents have been charged after Jamestown police said their young child allegedly fell out of a second-story window.
Shortly after 7:30 a.m. Wednesday morning, police say they responded to an address on the city's west side. Once the child was located by first responders, he was taken to a hospital to be treated for minor injuries, officials said.
Max Hubbard, 26, and Breanne Fuller, 22, identified as the child's parents by police, were located at the home with another toddler and an infant, authorities said.
Police said their home was in "deplorable conditions." Through investigation, they said they determined that the child who fell out of the window had allegedly been locked in his room overnight. It is alleged that the window was open and he was unsupervised, according to police.
Hubbard and Fuller were charged with three counts each of endangering the welfare of a child.
