France welcomes the Thai Senate's June 18th adoption, by a large majority, of the bill allowing same-sex couples to marry, making the Kingdom of Thailand the first country in Southeast Asia to guarantee equal rights for all couples. France congratulates Thailand on its commitment to the LGBT+ community and their protection.
