Drunk woman allegedly tried to drown random 3-year-old Palestinian girl at apartment complex pool

Elizabeth Wolf, 42, was arrested and hit with a slew of charges, including attempted capital murder, following the violent incident at the pool in Euless, just outside Dallas, last month.
