AST SpaceMobile appoints AT&T's Sambar to board of directors

(Telecompaper) Sat2phone systems developer AST SpaceMobile said it has appointed Chris Sambar to its board of directors. Sambar succeeded Alex Coleman, chairman at New Providence Acquisition Corp, on 20 June.
