Plans to expedite vehicle clearance at Belarusian-Russian border

 A working meeting of representatives of the Transport Inspectorate of the Belarusian Transport and Communications Ministry and the Federal Authority for Transport Oversight of Russia is taking place in Vitebsk these days.
