Joseph Paintsil, Dejan Joveljic and Mauricio Cuevas scored goals and the visiting Los Angeles Galaxy stretched their winning streak to four matches with a 3-0 victory over the San Jose Earthquakes on Saturday night at Stanford, Calif.

Gabriel Pec set up the first goal with an assist and John McCarthy recorded his fifth shutout of the season as the Galaxy dominated the lat
