Fahmi says his predecessors caused delay in country's broadband network project

KUALA LUMPUR: Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil said the failure to complete the first phase of the Point of Presence (PoP) project, which is related to Malaysia’s broadband infrastructure, was due to his predecessors.
