Newman spots a lead by McKay and hits him up, McKay sends through the first goal of the game from 40m out! (Q1 3:53)
Cottrell blasts the ball down to Curnow but he can only get a finger on it as it rolls through for a point (Q1 4:53)
Curnow takes advantage following Walsh getting his legs taken out by Aleer. Curnow misses. (Q1 6:21)
Williams kicks to the square and McKay who has all the space you could want, he marks and plays on slotting the goal! (Q1 9:24)
Coniglio wins the clearance and his kick falls for Greene on the 50m line. Greene lumbers in and lets loose from range, kicking a responding goal for GWS! (Q1 11:22)
Kennedy spanks a ball inside 50 and it’s McKay again with the hot hands who takes a strong mark. McKay eases the kick through for his third goal in the opening term! (Q1 12:18)

After a Hogan mark isn’t paid Carlton sure down the other end through Cripps, with Crippa booting through his second goal from range! (Q2 16:13)
The Blues surge inside 50 quickly and this time it’s Fantasia who is there to crumb effectively to goal! (Q2 17:58)

Hogan has the hot hands as he takes another grab and tweaks his ankle in the process. He winces back to his mark but pushes through to slot his third goal to start the second half! (Q3 2:47)
