Philadelphia man, 25, claimed fantasy football rival was planning to 'blow up' school and commit mass shooting in false terror tips to police

Matthew Gabriel of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, sent two fake terror tips to police in Norway and Iowa alleging that his fantasy football rival was going to carry out an attack in the US.
