The flexi-staffing industry in India saw a 5.2% growth in the April-June 2024 quarter and an 18.5% year-on-year increase, adding 2.2 lakh new workers. Key sectors such as FMCG, E-commerce, and Healthcare contributed significantly to this rise. The IT staffing industry also showed positive growth after previous challenges.
