Prime Minister Narendra Modi accused NC and Congress of promoting Pakistan's agenda on Article 370 during BJP rallies in Srinagar and Jammu. He asserted that Jammu and Kashmir is progressing towards peace since the abrogation of Article 370. Modi also criticized Rahul Gandhi and Congress for having a 'Naxal mindset'.
