PTC India and SEIL Energy India have approached the Bangladesh Power Development Board to invoke bank guarantees due to unpaid dues for power supplied. While BPDB has started making payments to Adani Power, SEIL Energy India and PTC India are still awaiting payment for their dues, critical for continued power supply.
