AirBnbs, also known as short-term vacation rentals, are mushrooming in Hollywood, Fl. The relatively new business model makes money for investors, and drives up property values. But it also depletes housing stock, decreases the number of families with school-age children and turns residential neighborhoods into a sometimes out-of-control "motel row".
