Zydus Wellness will acquire Naturell, the company behind Ritebite Max Protein bars, for Rs390 crore. The acquisition will expand Zydus' presence in the healthy snacking market. Naturell had annual revenues of Rs129 crore in FY24. The deal is expected to boost Zydus' earnings from the next year post-acquisition.
