Syria is a reliable friend and partner in the Middle East for Belarus, Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus Natalya Kochanova said as she met with Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Bassam Sabbagh in Minsk on 30 October.
