Pontypridd drawn against Newbridge in the Welsh Cup semi-finals

The draw for the semi-finals of the 2024/25 Welsh Premiership Cup has been made and Pontypridd RFC will play Newbridge RFC. Cross Keys will face Merthyr in the other semi-final.

For Ponty and Newbridge the tie will be a repeat of the semi-final which took place on Saturday 14th April 2012 at Cardiff Arms Park. Pontypridd won by a slender four-point margin that afternoon by 28 points to 24.

All the finer details for this season’s semi-finals including the date, kick-off times and the neutral venues will be announced in due course.
