Fatal Waterford fire deemed accidental

WATERFORD, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A fatal fire in the town of Waterford on Wednesday appears to be accidental and is not suspicious.

The fire began just before 4 a.m. on Broad Street. One person was killed. They have not been identified, yet. Six others, including multiple children, were hurt.

Officials have not said if the building will need to be demolished.
