Jury says it cannot reach a unanimous verdict in Daniel Penny trial

The jury in the trial of Daniel Penny, the man accused of putting Jordan Neely in a fatal chokehold on a New York subway car, has told the judge they cannot reach a unanimous verdict on a manslaughter charge.
