The Andhra Pradesh government approved road infrastructure works worth Rs 2,723 crore in Amaravati. The funds will be used for building layout roads. So far, funds for works worth Rs 47,288 crore have been approved. Loans for Amaravati will be repaid by selling land pooled from farmers. Approval for remaining works will be given this month.
