A new train service connecting Jammu and Kashmir Valley will start soon. The project faced significant geographical and climatic challenges. The new Vande Bharat train has been specially designed for this route. Critical sections of the railway line, including tunnels and the Chenab Bridge, have undergone necessary inspections and safety trials.
