Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty lost to Korea's Kim Won Ho and Seo Seung Jae in the semifinals of the Malaysia Super 1000 badminton tournament. They struggled in the first game and showed better control in the second, but couldn't maintain momentum. They will next compete at the India Open Super 750, starting January 14.
