The Blade editorial regarding lawmakers’ effort to cut funding for the H2Ohio program was insightful. House Speaker Matt Huffman’s comment that it has been funded enough is irresponsible. Limiting regulations on CAFOs is problematic. Governor DeWine should veto any bill that compromises our precious resource. I would like to still call a glass of water “A Lake Erie cocktail.”
