North Greenbush police introduce soft interview room for victims
NORTH GREENBUSH, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The North Greenbush Police Department has a new area to conduct some interviews. The department unveiled its new Soft Interview Room.
The Soft Interview Room will be used to talk to victims who are going through trauma. It provides a warm, friendly space for victims to feel physically and emotionally safe.
The project was headed by Officer Fleming and Carrie Reo, the department said, and it was furnished through donations from Turnkey Workplace Services and Home Goods.
