Legendary Scotland captain Ian McLauchlan dead at 83 as tributes paid

McLauchlan was born in Tarbolton, Ayrshire on 14 April 1942. He first showcased his skills in a Scotland trial in 1963 and made his debut for Glasgow District the same season before becoming a true legend
