Following a show-cause notice for FDTL violations and the removal of three senior officials, the DGCA has requested comprehensive details of all inspections and audits conducted on Air India since 2024. This includes planned and unplanned inspections, audits, and checks on various aspects like cockpit, en route procedures, station facilities, ramp operations, and cabin conditions.
